Compared to my Klipsch buds I owned prior, this sound quality for JBL doesn't compare. Don't like the 45degree angle of the adapter at all. Would not recommend these.

I can hear when I run in my quiet neighborhood but tried using them on a plane and had to turn volume up to full in order to hear anything - Lord knows what that's doing to my hearing. Probably would not buy again.

Posted .Sorry to hear of this problem you are having. It sounds like your phone’s current Bluetooth settings is set to Audio option only. To enable the microphone function, go to your phone's Bluetooth settings and select the REFLECT MINI settings. Tap on the Headset option, leaving both Audio and Headset options with a check mark. This will likely solve the issue.
Sound quality was not good, had to return them.
