These have a tendancy to slowly fall out the ear with movement. I apreciate the compact case and battery life of the units. The battery life of the case is somewhat lacking.

I was sold cuz i thought they were for workouts, but they don't seem to latch on properly(or i sweat alot lol) to me or the sweat drops them off of me, The sound is also not the best in equalizing, I did try the app to fix it but issue was still not resolved. I expected more from JBL but then again they are budget earbuds.

Only Used On The Plane.

I only use them when I'm on an airplane and have used them only 8-9 times. This last flight, June 9th 2025 the right bud voulume is so low I can hardly hear it. I've always bought and still believe JBL puts out great products. This however disappointed. Bought them NOV 24th 2023 and know there out of warranty.

Overall good product, but very weak on pairing to things. I have to shut off all other bluetooth for them to show up for pairing. A little pricey for the quality you get.

After about an hour they hurt my ears even using the smallest tips. For the price I paid I’m disappointed. Would disconnect often in the gym as well.

I don't know if maybe it's just me but these tend to slip out of my ear especially when I'm working out, I've tried changing the sizes of the earpieces but none of them fit right. It gets really annoying cause as soon as one of them slip out the music stops, not only that but when I am able to keep them in for a while my ears start to ache. Honestly I wouldn't really recommend, maybe buy yourself some over the ear headphones instead.

Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.
