Even able to connect to Bluetooth on computer at work. It doesn’t matter which ear bud you place in your ear. You can use one or both and the sound is great. They last all day. I caught them on sale for under $100 so it was a great deal

Which sounded okay, but died far short of what I expected for the cost....No comparison. These are 100% Better sound and I'm hoping better durability since they're water/sweat resistant. Plus better fit. Recommended.

When I'm using my Mac Book it seems to work fine, but will not switch to phone. The reset button has minimal success in reestablishing the connection. I've never had such problems with other earbuds.

You may try to manually connect the earbuds to the source device by tapping a holding the touch control button for 5 secs. This will put the earbuds in pairing mode. If the issue still persists, please contact our customer support for further assistance.
