Always dead when you need it. - The touch surface on the exterior is overly sensitive. If you wear these doing anything physical, you'll quickly become annoyed accidentally changing modes or triggering Google/Siri anytime you adjust them in you ears. - Noise cancelling is more of an aspiration than a feature. Great for a limited time

To get the best audio response, please try to create a tight seal within your ear canal by gently twisting the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear. It is also helpful to find the right size of ear tips that fit the best into your ear to reduce the likelihood of volume imbalance issues with the earbud. Lastly, please verify the settings of your active noise cancellation feature via the JBL Headphones App if enabled and set as the default gesture in your earbuds. However, they just don't fit my ears. I didn't think I had small canals/openings, but I guess that I do. I've tried all the combos of the wings and buds, with the left and right side being different, and nothing is comfortable, and they still fall out. I went down the stairs, and they got loose. I was cooking in the kitchen, they start to get loose. Honestly, I think the part that says JBL is just too big for smaller ears and makes it too heavy when sitting in my ears. The case is great quality, I have never had an issue with putting my buds back in the case and not charging, and the wrist strap is probably too big for smaller hands, but I have big hands, and I love it. Really, the only problem is the fit. If this was good, then I would have given it 5 stars.

Won’t stay in my ear

These absolutely did NOT work for me. They fell out of my ears within seconds just standing still I didn’t even try using them while active. I tried the different sizes of tips and ears that came with them but couldn’t get the left one to stay in my ear at all. Honestly I can’t even comment on sound quality as I knew there was no way I could use these walking my dogs so I returned them.
