This is my second time using them and the ear bud on one side has extreme static when playing my songs. Ive never experienced that before and its real hard to enjoy the songs due to this and now i can no longer return it. Not happy with this at all. Too much money spent on these to be experiencing this problem!

Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini TWS. Please do a Factory Reset by double-tapping the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

But when it came to talking on thephon with them the other person could not hear me. They would tell me I sounded really far. If you want them just for music then they work but if you want them for an every day thing as far as talking on the phone I don't recommend these. I ended up returning them and getting a different brand of ear buds.

This may depend on your ear size. But they’re constantly falling out, have really bad pressure points, and are pretty fragile from even a short drop. Only purchased these on sale. No way are these worth their full asking price if you plan to actually move around with them in.

I need to play around with the noise canceling/ambient sound features. The only problem I had was pairing to my laptop and desktop. It want to show the case rather than the earbuds themselves. Be sure to press the airing button on the case to make the earbuds show up in the list of devices. Sadly, it helps to read the manual (hahah)
