I have had many jbl products and this program is the worsts the sound quality on both buds are not ver good and the other day no sound came out of either bud now it is very low on left as always again but sound quality is no longer there very back volume if that makes sense. Not a very good product. I wish I didn’t buy these I have tried other earphones and they are much better. Hoping to bring in tomorrow and have them diagnose what is wrong with these head phones. I love to use the occasional for convince bc my over the ear are too bulky but again the quality of these buds are just aweful.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue of your JBL Reflect Mini. You may try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and check the balance control in the JBL headphone app then you may try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.

I only purchased these because they discontinued another style of ear buds.. these look nice but do not fit well in my ears . The app is nice , but because they don’t sit well in the ears I am not overly liking them. I wanted them for my work because I’m in a dirty environment. They just don’t work as good as previous ones I use from JBL.

They charge quickly via USB C where as other headphones still use a lightning or srandard USB cord. In addition, they have a dedicated iPhone app which oets you custom tune your listening experience!

Have a pair of B&O’s and i find myself going back to the JBL’s. Sound quality is phenomenal and the background noise/noise canceling work great even in a work place. Being mindful of other audio levels. Highly recommend!
