The most important thing about these earbuds is that they have great sound quality. I am impressed with the bass and the range of volume. They came with different sized buds to fit your ears. They fit snugly and don't seem to come loose like some earbuds I have used. The storage case is also the charging case. The case uses magnets to hold the earbuds in place. The earbuds seem to have a long battery life. I bought these on Best Buy's deal of the day and I would say that these earbuds would be a good purchase at the regular price. I have only had these for a few weeks, but they are already my favorites.

Bought these as a Christmas gift for my daughter and she absolutely loves them. I’ve tried them for myself and they sound amazingly clear with the right amount of mids and bass. Feels very comfortable unlike other ones we’ve purchased in the past

I love the cream white color and the sound quality is amazing. Only issue is that the connectivity is kinda wonky. The battery life was going quickly at first but after so more uses it doesn’t die as quick.

One of the best pair I've owned... and I've own quite a few. The sensor to play/stop when they leave your ear is a game changer for me. Good sound and solid fit.

Works really well, sometimes a challenge to link to the chrome book. Holds a good charge and are comfortable.

Earbuds are pretty large for being 'mini.' Pop out of ears very easily, the medium and large sleeves are really uncomfortable. The small sleeves work best and the touch commands don't seem as responsive as JBL earbuds I've had in the past.

They have good sound but occasionally only one works and have to put back in case ans thrn both work. Do not stay in my ears. Have tried all the tips and pieces. Not my favorite ear buds

Sound is a 9/10 for the price. I feel like they are still comparable to cheaper headphones of similar brands. Connectivity is great. My biggest gripe is that the headphones when allowing ambient sound amplifies loud sounds too.

I like that they are easy to use and noise canceling. The charging is easy and the charge lsst for hours. The quality of sound is also great.

I got these for my mother. She complained that her others kept falling out of her ears. These sound great and stay in her ears well.

Unfortunately, cons- not as loud, cut in and out randomly( I have IPhone 11 Pro. ) Also very sensitive to touch by anything. Pros- does stay in ear very well and does keep other sounds out pretty well.

They have a great sound and started out great, but after using them for five months, they didn’t work anymore. Not sure if it was because sweat from jogging got inside of them

Excellent earbuds. They fit nicely in your ears. The sound is perfect. Keeps the outside sound away. Sale price was excellent. My son has enjoyed using them not only for music but work meetings by zoom.

I have to give these two stars for the sounds and the comfort (when they actually stay in your ears), however, beyond that... First of all, no matter how I change around the accessories for the earbuds, they WILL NOT stay in my ears. I have tried every single combination possible for both ears, they fall out all the time when I'm just walking around the house or at work. These also have weird connectivity issues I haven't had with other earbuds. They often just don't connect, and even more so, when put back into the case, stay connected to your phone and make you miss calls because it rings in the buds instead. This is annoying, but minor. The BIGGEST issue, and the main reason for the low rating, I have technically gone through two sets of these earbuds. The first pair stopped working almost completely in less than 5 weeks. The sound just slowly faded away until almost completely gone. I contacted customer support, and after a conversation over several days, they sent me a return label, and I sent back and received a second pair. However, the same thing happened to the second pair they sent me. I contacted them again, asking for a refund because these are not working for me. They refused the refund, stating it had been beyond the time they offer refunds if you don't directly buy from them, and have since then not fixed the second pair, and instead keep sending me emails asking if my "problem has been solved." After saying many times it is not, and getting no answer, I just asked them to leave me alone, and I will never be purchasing another JBL product again. It's a shame, because all my other JBL products function great (which I made sure to preface the email with the praise, because this is literally the first product of 5 I've had trouble with). If you decide to buy these, and you have the same problem, RETURN THEM IMMEDIATELY. Do not let them replace or repair, they may have the same issue, and you will not be able to return them after, because they seem to purposely take their sweet time to run out the warranty. For how expensive these and all their products are, I expected better customer report, and because of that, I can no longer suggest their products. The gentleman at the store even suggest a different, more expensive product, and I regret every day not listening to him. An expensive lesson learned for some headphones...

Great noise cancelling, pretty comfortable to wear. Price is a bit up there, but it has all the bells and whistles so no real complaints.

Solid earbuds! Better than expected if you’re looking for earbuds that won’t fall off while working out or doing normal day to day tasks, but don’t wanna pay a premium price. Then these are it, they get the job done.
