After about an hour they hurt my ears even using the smallest tips. For the price I paid I’m disappointed. Would disconnect often in the gym as well.

I don't know if maybe it's just me but these tend to slip out of my ear especially when I'm working out, I've tried changing the sizes of the earpieces but none of them fit right. It gets really annoying cause as soon as one of them slip out the music stops, not only that but when I am able to keep them in for a while my ears start to ache. Honestly I wouldn't really recommend, maybe buy yourself some over the ear headphones instead.

Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

Also when on the phone its hard to hear. I usually turn up the volume to max them after a call my music is to loud. For just playing music and using the equalizer inside the app ill rate I’ll rate at 10 out of 10 Phone calls ill rate 3 out of 10. In ear stabilization I’ll rate 5 out of 10
