They have many different modes such as one that you can hear when someone speaks to you while wearing. You can hear traffic or block out Al outside sounds. Best headphones I have ever purchased

I would recommend if you cannot open an app, go into the bluetooth settings and set volume at its highest. These things are quite low volumed out of the box.

Here are some steps that we recommend: Try a different app or program. Restart your earbuds as well as the audio source. Reconnect the audio source to the headphones. Reset the device: While charging, tap the earbuds twice and hold for 5 seconds.
If these steps don't fix the charging issue, please contact JBL Customer Service for further assistance.

Found out they plug up with ear wax ext really easy. Then one of them wouldn’t charge past 18% I bought them less then 2 years ago.

I'm new to the earbud game, but I liked that they have a little tab to help them stay in your ear. One side was more difficult to properly fit each time I put them in, so I didn't keep them. Soundcore offered a pair that worked better for me.

Original price listed was $150. I won’t buy it for 150. Connectivity drops when you go a little far from your device, a far lower than an Apple AirPod.
