The app equalizer customization makes all the difference, so use it! CONS: The included gel tips are horribly uncomfortable, I swapped them for extras from another brand I had. The touch functions are not very customizable. The range on these are pretty bad, don't go far from your phone.

This is my second time using them and the ear bud on one side has extreme static when playing my songs. Ive never experienced that before and its real hard to enjoy the songs due to this and now i can no longer return it. Not happy with this at all. Too much money spent on these to be experiencing this problem!

Please do a Factory Reset by double-tapping the button on the right earbud, then on the third tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). This restores the earbuds to the factory defaults. If you need more help, please contact our customer support.

If theres one drawback its that the ANC is not the best as these dont create a solid seal over your ear, but thats more by design than anything. Overall great sport buds.

I have had many jbl products and this program is the worsts the sound quality on both buds are not ver good and the other day no sound came out of either bud now it is very low on left as always again but sound quality is no longer there very back volume if that makes sense. Not a very good product. I wish I didn’t buy these I have tried other earphones and they are much better. Hoping to bring in tomorrow and have them diagnose what is wrong with these head phones. I love to use the occasional for convince bc my over the ear are too bulky but again the quality of these buds are just aweful.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Here are some troubleshooting steps that can help isolate the issue of your JBL Reflect Mini. You may try the various ear tip sizes to create the best seal and audio performance. Next, check the balance control on your source device by going to the "Accessibility" settings and check the balance control in the JBL headphone app then you may try to connect the headphones to a different device (phone/tablet/music player) to see if it fixes the problem. The last step is to clean the ear tips. Cleaning the ear tips is something that should occur on a fairly regular basis. When wearing in-ear, because of the seal that is created, our ear canals can get moist and develop dirt and debris. The screen in front of the ear tip is extremely small and can get blocked by this debris. When it gets blocked, the sound is unable to pass through the screen. If the issue remains, you may contact our customer support for further assistance.
