Posted .We're here to help with your JBL Reflect Mini NC TWS. Please try reconnecting the left and right buds by pressing the button beside the charging port while both earbuds are inside the case. If this doesn't help, please try resetting the earbuds to its factory default. To reset, remove the name of the earbuds on your previously connected devices on your Bluetooth settings. Press the button beside the charging port for five seconds while they are in. If the issue remains, please contact JBL Customer Support, we're here to help.
