Customers are saying

Customers are pleased with the Reflect Wireless Earbud Headphones' sound quality, fit, comfort, and Bluetooth connectivity. Many also appreciate the lightweight design and find them to be a good value for the price. However, some users report that the battery life could be improved, and a few have experienced issues with the range and volume control. Overall, the positive feedback on sound and comfort outweighs the concerns about these other features.

JBL - Reflect BT Earbud Headphones - Black

Sound quality is pretty good. I have a hard time keeping them locked in my ears, and once in awhile the audio cuts out. They do charge up quickly and seem to hold a charge for quite some time. Overall I like them for a cordless earbud system, and JBL always makes great sounding audio products

Great headphones for any type of athlete

This was my first pair of wireless headphones... and they do NOT disappoint! Not only are these headphones easy to use, but they also have the best sound quality I've ever had using headphones. Super comfortable/they actually stay in your ear, with a great fit (adjustable sizes in the package). I am beyond pleased with these headphones and would recommend them all the way from casual use to an experienced athlete.

Great headphones until they die for no reason !

I bought these and was very impressed with the quality until they just died on me ! luckily I had the protection plan and best buy replaced them for me at no cost. Yesterday my second pair died and I'm going to replace it again. So my advice is do not buy these unless you are getting a protection plan (extended warranty)

    Third times a charm

I'm picky about my ear phones. I went through a few different pair landing on these. I've had a set of Bose wired buds for a few years, I didn't expect I would ever find a wireless set that performs as well as my Bose wired ones do but these are amazingly just as good. GREAT FIT! GREAT SOUND!! Built tough and ready for the gym. Thanks JBL. :)

Good, but probably not for running

I bought these for the gym. They work really well and I love not having wires getting in the way. However, if you plan on running with these you might have the connection go in and out. I've noticed that if my phone is moving too much, connection will not be consistent. Walking is fine, running is not. I'll continue to use my ipod shuffle for running and these for when I'm just lifting weights.

    Very good for the price!

Pros: very good price, they sound great, magnet system works well so you don't lose them when they're not in your ears, the fit is excellent Cons: I wish the cable was longer when wearing around my neck as a "necklace", volume could stand to be a tad louder, the buttons are hard to distinguish when trying to answer a call or adjust volume, etc. Overall: I would recommend these. They did stop working after 2 weeks but the Best Buy manager picked up a replacement pair from a different Best Buy store for me.

Regularly fail after just a few months

Bought a pair of these around Feb. 2015. Bought the extended warranty, too. After about two months, they stopped being able to be used for telephone. Then, they stopped being able to connect via bluetooth altogether. I took them back, received a new pair because of extended warranty. Got another pair. After a few months, they stopped being able to be used for telephone calls (I could hear a caller, but the caller couldn't hear me). Tonight, while I was using them, they continued to beep-beep-beep in my ears. Though some experimentation, I learned that they were trying to increase the volume all by themselves. Couldn't stop them from doing that. Junk. I'll probably trade them in for credit this time, and move to a different brand.

Sound is decent, but not for outgoing calls

I just bought a pair of these from Best Buy and couldn't wait to try them out. I listened to a few songs, and the bass was nice and the overall sound was fine. Not as good as beats or bose, but you get what you pay for. The problem came when I tried to make an outgoing call. The person on the other end could barely hear me. To remedy this, I had to but the wire under my chin instead of around the back of the neck. I will be returning these today.

    great sound, design needs help

this is a great product if they can make it fit in your ears better. i think the main problem is that to make the product so small, they had to put the battery in the ear buds themselves. this makes them a bit heavy and while you're running, they tend to fall out. the product sounds and looks great. the ear buds are connected by just a wire. definitely less bulky than having a huge battery pack in between them. i really don't know how jbl will fix this design issue without sacrificing battery life (which is excellent). definitely would recommend for use at work but not at the gym or outdoor running.

I recently bought Plantronics; returned them and now I have the JBL's and I should've just waited for these to be shipped. I listen to a wide range of music. These have been able to keep up with my eclectic style and amount of use thus far. Great price for the quality.

Better than Jaybird Bluebuds X and Platronics Go 2

This product is just amazing, i've tried the Jaybird BlueBuds X, which are great for their battery life, but can never stay in the ear and can cause some pain after a while. I've also tried the Platronics Go 2 which have a friendly battery life indicator for Android, but they can also cause pain in the ear after a while. These, are just amazing. They are so soft and comfy, the battery lats 5 hours, which is more than enough. They are also easy to just plug in to your ear, fits rightaway without need of re-adjustment. It also has perfect noise isolation; once it's in, you can't hear anything but your music. Sweat does not cause it to fall out or slip or anything. My only complaint is that there is no over the ear option officially, but if you twist the ear buds properly, you can manage an excellent feel with over the ear, which is what i'm doing.

Was nervous about purchasing this item due to the many mixed reviews. Finally I decided to pull the trigger. Used them within the same hour of purchasing and they exceeded my expectations. I have been using them for the gym and they offer excellent sound quality and provide ambient noise reduction. At first I was worried about the buds being uncomfortable but I swapped the mediums for the large and now they have grown on me. Great product. Haven't really tested battery life so we will see!

I wanted to like them, but...

First I tried the YurBuds-Liberty wireless. Took them back 2 days later for these. They sounded waaay better than the Yurbuds, and seemed to fit better. Everything was great, until I went to the gym. While wearing them, I kept my I-phone in my pocket, and kept having moments when I would lose signal. Just for a second, but frequent. I had to keep securing the ear buds in my ears, and if I put them in too tight, the suction would compromise the sound, and frankly felt very uncomfortable. I took them back within 24 hours.

I was excited about these headphones, the reviews are good. They are great for working out, fit comfortably, and don't fall out. However, the sound quality is not worth $99, I would value these at $50 because they are Bluetooth and fit comfortly. The sound is terrible. No bass, no highs... Only midrange sound. Not what you would expect from expensive headphones. My free Apple earbuds sound substantially better. I do not recommend buying these if you expect your music to sound decent. If you don't care about sound quality and only want a Reliable set for the gym these are fine, I would recommend shopping around and try before you buy.

    Kills the Jaybirds

I purchased the Jaybirds and used them for about a month and was very disappointed. I figured this is just how all wireless headphones would be, I was so wrong. After returned them for the JBL's I was blown away. Sound quality is great, comfortable fit, better noise cancelation, phone controls, everything is better. I use them for my marathon training and they have been working perfect.

It looks great, and it sounds good but bad when put to loudness. The earbuds sounds like it is being overworked. I don't think I would recommend it unless you don't ind that it sounds bad but looks good but easily falls off the ears. That's who I would recommend it to. OH yeah, I forgot that it doesn't connect to the computer through the chord it comes with so if you want that option, find something else otherwise get headphones.

I just got these and rarely do I do product reviews but these things are awesome and they're $40 cheaper than the Bose. Regular earbuds never stay in my ears so I need that extra rubber ring thing that keeps them in place when I'm working out. They fit so much snugger than the Bose which means lower volume levels as well and the sound is better too.

    Nice Design; Poor Quality

Original purchase was in October from Best Buy. Choose the best ear piece for the fit and stability. They did not fall out and were secure throughout my runs. Only problem was that they stopped functioning after 35 days (12 runs). Could not return to store so filed a warranty claim. Customer service was helpful and supportive. 2 weeks later, my new pair arrived, anxious to using the wireless headphones again. It has been nearly two weeks since having the second pair, and I am now having similar issues as the original pair. When in use, intermittent connectivity issues, shut down during mid run, volume adjusting without touching the controls. In addition, charge only lasts 20 minutes and now the power button won't even turn the unit on. I am going to be calling support AGAIN, this time, I want a full refund. 2 pairs, similar issues, not going to try for a 3rd time.

Have good comfortable feel in the ear canal with good sound quality, but the bluetooth connectivity is poor. When walking the phone can not be below your hip or you,ll have issues. Big disappointment because i like all the new JBL bluetooth speakers (Charge & Flip2). I read several reviews and decided to give them a chance (1 week try) disappointed and will return tomorrow.
