Still going strong after purchasing it 4 years ago. Has survived in dirt and sand horse arena, int he rain and in the hot sun. We are not kind or gentle with it but the speaker still treats us right.

Got this because of the great reviews and it's waterproof. Haven't tested it in water yet but it sounds great. My kids love it.

I love this speaker it’s so loud with nice bass, the sound quality is really crisp, I upgraded from the Charge 3 to the Charge 5, and you can really tell the difference.

Good sound the last model for my wife and she loved itvso now we have thisbnewer charge 5 it seems to have more bass.

My old trust UE boomie couldn't hold a charge after 8 years of use and was planning on replacing it with the new version. While at Best Buy looking at the UE colors I heard someone testing out the JBL Charge5 and was blown away by the sound. Couldn't believe that this was cheaper and sounded better, subjective, to me. This goes back and forth from a classroom to home and couldn't be happier. Great product!

Great portable speaker that packs a really good punch for its size, along with really good audio quality. The speaker is able to fill up small rooms with ease, sounds great outdoors, and has the capability of being serviceable in a large room. Great highs and lows as well.
