I bought this as a present for my husband and he loves it! I'm in no way a speaker expert but as a regular consumer I can tell you it sounds excellent and has a very well balanced sound. The quality of the actual product feels great, it's nice and sturdy and the color really pops on a shelf. I'm definitely happy and I feel like this is an excellent speaker for the price.

I love this little speaker! I have an older car that the speakers are going out in, and rather than spend the $1200 to fix the system, I got this little Bluetooth! Excellent sound!!! And so much better quality than I could do with a Bluetooth adapter and my car speakers, even before they went out!

Although I bought this item for my daughter's Christmas gift. I already knew that my whole household would love it. Our family truly loves JBL products & for the prices that I pay for their items, it truly be worth my money frfr. We love JBL everything in our household.

My much beloved (maybe) 10ish year-old Bose Mini that I took with me on all my day trips & longer travels (and used in the house) finally bit the dust which really bummed me out. I went looking for a solid mid-range replacement and found this. Solid! Great sound. Great base. Lots of play time. Bought a $10 case to protect it for my travels. Happy Camper for hopefully another 10 years!

Returned it after like 2 or 3 days. Would not stay connected. The Bluetooth would disconnect by itself and the volume would go up and down. On an Android phone.

Doesn’t last that long. Sounds good. Great price!

This little Bluetooth speaker is impressive. It’s light, waterproof, and sounds better than most of the car stereos You hear in traffic. Great bass response, clear and crisp vocals-don’t take calls on it though- people don’t sound that good in person. It’s not everyday something gets 5 stars from me. JBL’s Flip 5 deserves it

JBL has always been one of the best brands for music related items. Your music will be loud playing off of this. This was a gift for my father since he always wanted one I bought it for him, He likes to blast his music any chance he can get lol. I'd recommend this If you want a good quality speaker that doesn't break the bank and it holds a good charge, about 7-8 hours of battery life.

I bought the JBL-Flip 5 to replace my JBL-Flip 4 that was adopted by my wife to use while video conferencing from her laptop. The volume and fidelity are adequate for music and speech. I also use it for live and Zoom band rehearsals to amplify the metronome apps on my phone so the whole band can hear. The long battery life and compact size are a big plus.

Small sound bar although a very good, easy,clear sound bar

While visiting my grandson on vacation, he had one and we liked it so much that when we came home we got us one. The sound is amazing. The small size is great. It is so easy to use and you can take it anywhere you go. Now the other grandkids have asked for one for Christmas! Highly recommend!!!

Perfect size to take almost anywhere. Not too big to be bulky or too small to be lost or forgotten. Size also perfect to as added decor in any room. Color blends well without standing out. Can be used as extra speaker when needed or used as stand alone speaker. Price fits almost all budgets. JBL is a great speaker.

I was using a cheap Bluetooth device before and thought it was time for an upgrade. After using this JBL I realized my music had low end. I would highly recommend this device especially since it is compact and easy to hide in a room.

Hands down the best one. Can’t go wrong with this speaker. Highly worth the investment. I’ve had every single version of this speaker and this the companies finest. I always buy 2 of certain products and compare. I have tried the beats pill, Sony’s portable speakers, and the Bose speakers. By far the loudest (with clarity) out all of them.

Let's see how long this one lasts. let my daughter borrow my Flip 4 which I used all the time outside for many years. After Flip 4 was returned, it started having some some speaker scratchy noises. Still works but jumped on the Flip 5 holiday sale. 5 feels even more sturdier, great sound, type c connector, fast charge, etc. Same great sound as 4, but even better.

As is I'm a fan of jbl. Then I bought jbl free 1 and 2 and also the jbl tws120 and I was disappointed on the quality. But then I bought this flip 5 and I was blown away. Almost as loud as my jbl xtreme. Nothing to do with my old jbl fli2 this is a total different animal. I thought that because it has only 1 speaker it wouldn't get as loud, boy I was wrong. Loving it .
