I wouldn't pay the full price for this speaker, not worth it. I bought it for $69.99 + tax but if I could change it for something better I would. I would pay more than $50 for it

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. This instance is sometimes caused by the quality of your source, depending on what you are listening to. You may check the music player app to see if the Equalizer is engaged. If engaged, turn off the Equalizer. If turning it off does not resolve the issue, turn it on again and adjust the EQ by boosting the bass to your liking. You may also reset your JBL Flip 5 by pressing and holding the 'Volume+' together with 'Play' for more than 3 seconds, If you need more help, please contact our customer support at (877) 871-6755 / Mon - Fri: 9:00 am - 11:00 pm (ET) Sat-Sun: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (ET).

Bought it awhile ago and it mostly gathers dust. Thought I did my research. Base is not good and general sound quality is poor. Wish I would have returned and bought something else

Better than phone speakers. Be careful with damaging the inside of the charging port. Kinda pricy. I think its worth 1/2 of the retail price.

Even after troubleshooting. I looked for return instructions and was 1 day shy of the return date. So I had to return to the manufacturer.

Poor product

Wouldn’t connect to anything and wouldn’t shut off. I returned it for another one. That one won’t charge at all. What the heck jbl?!

Battery doesn’t charge good

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The battery takes forever to charge and while at work i leave it on charge all day, sometimes it even dies while charging and i have to turn it off for a while for it to charge up. even if u turn the volume low it will still cut off when the battery is in the red. i owned the flip 4 too, i prefer the 4 but that one ended up not working because the battery port wouldn’t charge. these speakers have great sound but JBL needs to fix the battery problems with these things. idk if i’ll be buying the next latest JBL that comes out.
