I like the look of it but expected the sound and bass to be much better than what it is. Will probably return it.

One or the things I like most about this bluetooth speaker, is that JBL got rid of the flap covering on the charging port. You just plug in the USB-C charger directly in to the unit itself without playing with that flap for minutes on end, but wait there's more JBL got rid of the aux input eliminating excessive ports on the device itself. One final note it sounds awesome and is quite handy for any mobile speaker needs!

I used to have a little Braven speaker that was amazing, it had the speakerphone and the ability to charge devices as well. so you can imagine my surprise when I purchase one of these JBLs, and they cannot be used as an external charger! and also when the device is turned up fully, i hear tons of popping and static. needless to stay, I returned it immediately and will be getting another Braven, highly recommended, i promise you will like it much better than a JBL and I guarantee youll find one for much cheaper as well

Extremely poor battery life. Unlike the older models this speaker doesn't live up to its legacy. On top of the fact that the battery will start to quickly die on you, JBL has programmed the speaker to shut down even when it's close to dying-without warning it would just stop in middle of your favorite sung. This speaker will only last you a few months before the battery gets really bad.I just got it last Christmas and it is currently unable to hold a charge.

This product is pretty loud for its size. I was surprise how strong the bass was. The volume of my phone is only 1/2 way and it was pretty loud. Could hear the noise all the way from my garage. 10/10 I recommend

Need for a semi load work environment? This aint it. Sounds good at low volume but when you turn it up it it sounds terrible. The Flip 2 from 2014 sounds better than this piece of junk. Why have an app if nobody can connect their speakers to it.

I have 4 of these speakers each one reliable never dead even when I havent charged it in a while. Never had any problems with them would recommend 10/10

Great sound, perfect size! So happy I bought one of these, it goes everywhere with me now. Fits right in my waterbottle pocket of my backpack.

The best choice I have made with buying speakers this little thing has a very big sound along with base it is literally everything I wanted all in one.

This little guy has amazing sound and is perfect for road trips to the beach or just sitting on the patio!

The sound quality was great when it worked. The problems I started having about 2 months in was that it was difficult to turn on. That problem persisted and got worse till eventually it wouldn’t turn on at all. I really like the sound quality but the reliability is an issue. Never know if I’m going to be able to use it when I want to use it.

The sound from this small device is unbelievable... And, it was so simple to link to my phone.

I needed a small speaker to drown out the outside noise in my office space. It sure did the trick. It’s perfect!

I really like the JBL speakers but, I probably wouldn't have purchased this Flip 5 speaker if I would have known that you can't pair the Flip 5 speaker with my Flip 4 JBL speaker.

The speaker did not really have a good base. Looked like someone messed with it was missing something

Speaker is Ok, it wont vibrate the walls if thats what want you want. What a dumb company, they include a "USB charging cord" and it absolutely wont fit in the hard foam storage case for the speaker what a bunch of imbeciles.

Even tho I barely use it i love my little speaker battery life is amazing
