There is no noise canceling at all. If you're somewhere loud, who you're on the call with will hear everything. The way they go over the ear gets painful after about 30 to 45mins. I returned them just because of the way they felt on my ears.

Disappointed with Best Buy product

Trying to get my money back. Just a waste of my time because why is there not a case. The picture below is all it came with No exaggeration.
