    The ear loop on these dug into my ear and was hard to wear more than an hour. I returned them and bought the regular JBL Flex earbuds which are much better.

    Had to return two pair of these. Both had the same issue in the charging case where one of the ports collapsed into the case so the ear buds could not connect to charge. Had to deal with the manufacturer which just made it worse. Buy another brand - I chose Shokz and like them so much better

    He was on the fence between these and the Shokz open ear buds.. the salesman said the sound quality was better on the JBL’s so that’s what I got him.

    Wouldn’t recommend these at all to anyone. Have a hard time keeping these disconnected once put back in the charging case and constantly reconnects to phone draining the battery. Inconvenient app you have to download to adjust the equalizer. Noise cancellation is sub par at best. Not worth the price at all. If your looking for immerse sounds and something to get you going at the gym then these are not for you.
