I’m thinking about returning them. I can get a cheaper one that does the same thing and sound just as good.

Upon receiving it, I found the case to be laggy and the headphones would not pair with my iPhone 15 (iOS 18), no matter what I tried so they ended up being returned.

Sicks cause the concept is truly innovative. I have to return these though because I use them for work and whenever I take calls my friends and coworkers can't hear me and say I sound muffled. I don't understand how the calls are coming out that way. I never had this issue with prior headphones.

Unless u are in a quiet area, this thing is not for you. Semi loud enviorments with volumne all the way up was hard to hear without background blending in. And forget about the bass. Listened to for 5 minutes and back in the box they went. Def not worth $300. Maybe $150 because of the charging case. Your welcome

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. We recommend connecting your JBL Tour Pro 3 to our JBL Headphones App. Then, go to Ambient Sound Control and enable ANC. Next, tap on Customize ANC where you can enable the Adaptive ANC. This setting will automatically adjust the ANC based on the surrounding noise level. When it is off, you will see the orange bar below to manually select the ANC level. If you need further assistance, please contact us.
