The sound quality is okay. The microphone quality when answering the phone is poor. I get complaints about my calls sounding muffled or I'm not being heard on the other end. I'm constantly connecting and reconnecting the bluetooth to see if it helps but it doesn't. And not to mention the battery never last up to 4 hours.

The people on the other end of the call couldn’t understand because they said I sounded muffled. When I disconnected Bluetooth they could hear me clearly. I tried troubleshooting my phone and headsets but it never improved so I returned the headsets. I didn’t have a problem using for music. It was just the phone calls.

One of them holds a charge for about 15 minutes while the other lasts around 45 minutes of continuous talk/music. The case is nice and easy to use. They are fairly comfortable in the ear but I would not buy these again as the battery life is important.
