    The buds will not charge any longer. I am returning them. They never held a charge and the sound quality was horrible

    keeps falling off . Tried all ear buds it came with . all suck.so much I lost one, so its good for nothing, money down the drain

    I buy one and send to the store because in 30min the earphones turn off and have charged at 100%. At the store dont know what happend.

    I would have to reset my iPhone and try to press the button three times. It lasted for two weeks. I upgraded to the Bose!

    The first day i used it , and i lost the charging case, there is no charging case for selling, i think that is bad.

    Outstanding buy at $50

    Had I purchased these for $100, I'd probably be feeling some buyer's remorse...but at $50, can't beat them with a stick. I recently bought Skullcandy Sesh XT's and found them lacking in both volume and bass, but the JBL's seem to have scratched the itch - until I can afford more high-end units, anyhow. These are loud, bright, and are an 8/10 in regards to bass throughput (for reference, a set of Beats Studios or Mixr's would be 10/10 in this department). I did have to fiddle with the eartips to get a good seal, but once I figured out how much 'push' into the ear canal these like, all was loud, heavy, and clear. Aesthetically, the pictures are misleading. The buds do look a bit funky sticking out of my ears compared to the Sesh's (which are practically flush), but that's a minor gripe for what you're getting in terms of sound. The case looks much nicer in person than the pictures would leave you to believe, looks more like an AirPods Pro case or a chunkier AirPods case. Very pleased with the design and fitment of the drivers into the case, lid hinge, etc. Case is very sleekly pocketable where the Sesh case is not.
