Posted .We appreciate the feedback you've provided to us. We understand that our JBL Tune 130NC TWS did not meet your expectations. To isolate the issue you may try to connect it to a different device or use different music applications. We also recommend doing a factory reset by removing the earbuds first from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in the settings of the phone or tablet. Then, remove both earbuds from the case and tap the touch control twice on the left or right buds then hold it on the third tap for 5 secs. Also, it comes with a choice of 3 sizes of ear tips (S, M, and L). You may choose the right size for your ears and gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear If the issue remains, please contact our customer support. We're here to help.

Also they tend to feel like they are slipping out of your ears all the time. And then they do fall out. I dont expect these buds to last very long.
