Gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, then, continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal to achieve the best seal and secure fit. We recommend cleaning the earbuds of our JBl Tune 130NC TWS by removing any dust or dirt using a pointed toothpick and rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.
