||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have owned these for 2 hours, called customer support to find out how to turn up volume, apparently you cannot, only the volume from your device is allowed (iPhones dont recognize them to use their Headphone Accommodations setting so don't bother with it) I can hear everything going on around me (and the stereo 3 rooms over) even though they are "Noise Cancelling". These are my 1st set of wireless earbuds, I will assume other brands allow you to adjust the volume either on their devices or in their app. Also trying the get them to fit better cases you to press buttons that will stop things of FF etc... making adjusting them even more bothersome. You get what you py for, I thought maybe the Tech for these things had advanced so I could avoid having to spend $100's for useful pair. Luckily BB takes things back. Too bad I have to drive all the wa back to the store.

Posted .Thank you for your feedback. The volume of our JBL Tune 130NC TWS can be adjusted using the earbuds. You can change this setting through the use of our JBL Headphones App which is available for download in Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS). Aside from Volume control, you can also modify other features such as the Playback, Ambient sound, and Voice Assistant.

Battery is not even close to stated times. Lower cost buds offer better battery and near equal if not slightly better fit. Other issues are personal choice but id say save the money spend a lil more and pass on these.

I could not get them to stay in my ears so i could not really experience sound quality. I had had the endurance race before and loved them and was hoping the Tune 130 would be as good.

Tried every ear tip and they will not stay in your ear either. Sound quality was good though when it worked. Disappointing

Posted .Thanks for your feedback on our JBL Tune 130NV TWS. Please try these troubleshooting steps. First, do a manual pairing: open the charging case and take out either the left or right side. It will go into pairing mode and connect through your source device. Once connected, take out the other earbuds and they will automatically pair with each other. It is also necessary to reset your JBL Tune 130NC TWS. To do this, double-tap on the right earbud. Then, on the second tap, press and hold the button for more than 5 seconds (until the unit shuts off). Please make sure that both earbuds are out of the charging case before doing so. Remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices to pair them again. Our products have a 1-year manufacturer's warranty. Please contact our customer support if you need more help.

Battery also lasts a long time more than other ear buds I have purchased. Ease in connectivity to bluetooth in car.
