Posted .We recommend resetting the earbuds of your JBL Tune 130NC TWS by tapping one of the earbuds twice and holding it for 5 seconds on the third tap. Put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. Resetting your earbuds will erase all previous settings and pairings. Please remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices before pairing them again. If you need more help, we'd like to work with you directly. The noise cancellation isn’t fully cancelled but good enough to block out like 80% of the noise. Would recommend buying if you can’t get AirPods or Beats

If your looking for earbuds for lounging in bed these are great, everyday outdoor life, find something different.

Horrible product by a top audio company

Even their mobile phones app stinks. Harman Kardon /JBL screwed up in almost every aspect. For a top audio brand, these aren’t worth the money at 1/4th the price. Too bad Best Buy’s rating system doesn’t allow for functionality and wearable ratings. I’d give these zero stars.
