You may choose the right size of ear tips that securely fit into your ear canal so they won't fall out. We also recommend downloading the My JBL Headphones app to enable and customize touch control.

Initial set up was great and the bass quality was amazing. Hoping to get the replacement soon.

You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they may stay and not fall out. It took 3 people to figure out how to get it done, with it being the holiday season i completely understood the new employees. The issue came in when the manager finally came over to help. He was condescending and extremely rude. So rude that i didn't make my other purchases that day. The earphones i was exchanging needed to be sent to me, again no problem until they NEVER arrived. It took calling and dealing with another incompetent employee (i have the conversation recorded and it will be played at the office Christmas party under the subject of WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE) after 45 minutes of saying over 5 times i just want my earphones sent to me please the woman said she would get them sent. I got them after another 2 weeks. Such a bummer I had to order the dash camera and airpods from Amazon for Christmas because I no longer trust this company.
