Posted .Thanks for your feedback. We're here to help with your JBL Tune 130NC. We recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. We also recommend changing the ear tips to help with the physical fit of the unit. You may mix and match the different sizes to get the right fit for your ears so that they may stay and not fall out. The worst headphones I have ever owned.

It makes listening to books or podcasts almost impossible, as the sound cuts out then speeds up to where you can't hear it. With music it its probably worse unless you don't mind major changes in tempo of every song. The sound quality is fine although the almost constant buffering makes it hard to tell. Also the touch controls on the headphones are very irritating , as some unpredictable change happens if you try to readjust the earphones at all when they get loose. DO NOT BUY. Although the battery life is impressive.
