    These headphones have great sound and I haven’t had any issues with them. Completely recommend them, no issues with fit or them falling off.

    The sound is good but for some reason they tend to hurt my ears after using for about an hour and that’s not good I used them for working out but as soon as I get hot or they’re heated up they cut off.

    I loved the concept, but honestly, regardless of which ear piece I used, they fell out of my ears. I went for the JBL Endurance Peak 3. They feel amazing and really changed the game for me.

    I hate these things. They have a hard time staying in my ear. Of all the earbuds I have had these are the worst. I like the brand just not this set of earbuds. I have also had issues with pairing.

    Worst jbl ear buds. There is no bass! I’ve bought several earbuds same brand but these are by far the worst I’ve owned! Fitment sucks aswell.

    Unfortunately , with multiple attempts at changing the different size rubber ear pieces , I could not get the buds to sit comfortably in my ears !

    Cutter out intermittently, no matter how charged it was or how close to the source it was it always was cutting out. Very disappointed

To isolate the issue you may try to connect it to a different device or use different music applications. If you’re streaming audio content from the internet, the issue could be with the internet connection and not your earbuds. We also recommend doing a factory reset by removing the earbuds first from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in the settings of the phone or tablet. Then, remove both earbuds from the case and tap the touch control twice on the left or right buds then hold it on the third tap for 5 secs. If the issue remains, please contact our customer support.     To be honest these did not last very long. Quality poor due to battery life and longevity.

      Thanks for your feedback. Battery usage may vary depending on volume and music content. Try charging your earbuds to 100% and listen to music without a bass boost at a low volume. If the battery lasts close to the published playtime, the battery is working fine. If the earbuds doesn't meet the published playtime hours even at low to mid-volume levels, there could be a problem with the battery of the earbuds. We also recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust, and possible that the earbuds are not charging properly. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case.     You get what you pay for! The quality is that of skull candy earphones. The lack of weight makes them feel cheap. Sound quality is very low and bass is too overpowering. Go with Beats Earbuds Pro.
