Love JBL products. Sound is amazing. The downside to this product is that they easily fall out of the ear. Even when I’ve changed the rubber ear pieces.

My son says he loves these head phones. They have an app that allows him to switch modes. Apparently the noise cancelation is top tier becauce he cant hear me when I call him. Also great value for the price point. Will consider this brand for myself when im ready for new ones.

When they are both being used the sound is good. I’ve experienced skipping and issues with connectivity. But my biggest problem is putting them in. There are no real clear instructions and I’ve dealt with them falling out of my ears. I ended up getting a different style or wireless earbuds that JBL offers.

Great sound and battery. Only drawback, almost always hit action buttons when putting on or taking them off.

I would have given a four star, but this set of JBL do not block out surrounding noises and it filters into the bud. I have two other JBL earbuds that are both a step down from this model and they do a great job of blocking noises. The battery does last quite a while though and it does have decent bass, but hearing other noises filter in while you’re trying to listen to music or the TV through Bluetooth is annoying.

Sound good. They are a bit bigger than I would like. They fall out of my ears pretty easily if I am talking or eating.

Good quality sound and overall a good fit. I would recommend this item. I have lost this exact pair in the past and I bought them again because I like the clear sound and the fact that I can equip either left or right side and enjoy long lasting battery.

Ear buds came with a charging cable that wasn't black, which was appreciated. My mom is able to keep the cable in her purse and find it more easily because of the unique color. Also, the sound quality has been tremendous. Connecting to her phone took a bit longer than other Bluetooth devices but was still successful.

Great battery life. The noise canceling is the feature I enjoy.

Works nicely with my Samsung phone. You can still hear surrounding environment while listening, making it a safe choice when outside. They stopped working as well around the 10-month mark after purchase, but the manufacturer replaced them within the warranty period with no issues. New pair works perfectly.

I love these headphones. if you get the JBL app you can do amazing things to change your preferences to how you like your music like if you want more bass or more of the voices. Better than the Apple ear pods by far! The charge last forever it feels like.

I wanted to love them so badly.. I'm a big JBL user; I have a P.A. system for DJing, and 2 different bluetooth speakers from them. These earbuds are so uncomfortable, my ears hurt after less than 1 hour of use. I've used dozens of different earbuds and never had that problem until I got these. Aside from the discomfort, the noise cancelling is mediocre at best. I bought these to replace my recently damaged jabra elite 75t buds that had PHENOMENAL noise cancelling and ambient sound. Otherwise, sound quality was decent, and the rest of the specs for them like the batery life was a huge bonus. I'm going to exchange them for the 230NC buds in hopes they don't make my ears burn after a short amount of listening.

There is not a feature bell or whistle missing! Simple connectivity. Option to locate buds if missing, call hold, volume, interactive with all phone features, with great sound clarity & quality & longevity with battery life. SUPERB BUY!

I'm a novice when it come to earbuds, but I think they sound great. I'm still figuring out all the possible commands, but answering the phone is pretty cool. My 3 rating is based mainly on not being able to keep them in my ears. There are 3 sizes but none seem to work for long. Granted, I'm doing yardwork , but hey, that's why I got them.
