It took 3 people to figure out how to get it done, with it being the holiday season i completely understood the new employees. The issue came in when the manager finally came over to help. He was condescending and extremely rude. So rude that i didn't make my other purchases that day. The earphones i was exchanging needed to be sent to me, again no problem until they NEVER arrived. It took calling and dealing with another incompetent employee (i have the conversation recorded and it will be played at the office Christmas party under the subject of WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE) after 45 minutes of saying over 5 times i just want my earphones sent to me please the woman said she would get them sent. I got them after another 2 weeks. Such a bummer I had to order the dash camera and airpods from Amazon for Christmas because I no longer trust this company.

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Our JBL Tune 130NC TWS supports Noise Cancelling feature. You may turn this on/off by tapping the left bud once. We also recommend using the JBL Headphones so you can do more modification with the controls. If you need more help, please contact JBL Customer Support.
