    These headphones are too bulky and very uncomfortable for the price, I’d recommend getting Beats by Dre buds instead

    Left ear already is almost blown out and I had it about a month. Noise canceling is horrible l.

    Bought them for the noise cancellation doesn't actually have noise cancelling technology just normal earbuds

    Placed order this morning before store opened. Website says ready for pick-up in 1 hr. Order status say preparing for pickup Jun 9, a week from now. I guess i should just go to the store and buy them. Very disappointed.

    The case does not stay shut for nothing !! Very expensive headphones and haven’t used only a couple of times before they are no longer to be seen cause they must have fallen out when the case constantly opens !

    Left earbud quit putting out sound after two weeks. What really sucks is I can't return them because I didn't buy them "protection plan"

Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. Please note that this unit comes with a one-year manufacturer's warranty.     Not stable in my ear. Both earbuds would fall out with just normal walking. In addition the sound was not loud enough.

      We appreciate your feedback. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit to make it feel not heavy, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the earbuds to see if a better fit can prevent them from falling off. For volume issue, if you have already maximized the volume levels on both your source device and the earbuds itself and still find the loudness insufficient, please note that the EQ (equalizer) feature can be accessed through the JBL Headphones App to adjust and enhance the volume levels of specific frequencies in the audio signal. If you have already tried this and remain unsatisfied with the loudness, rest assured that we're always looking for ways to improve, and your feedback will be forwarded to our development team for future improvement. JBL
