Posted .You may try cleaning the contact points of the earbuds and the charging case using a cotton swab dipped in alcohol and use a cotton cloth to dry the posts. Dirt and dust might be a factor why the earbuds are not functioning right. If this did not fox your problem, please contact our customer support for further assistance.

Ok. Would not repurchase

I purchased these June 21, 2022 and they stopped charging about a month ago. I paid $75 for these. I should have at least been able to get 6 months of use out of them. Not sure if I want to purchase JBL brand again.

Very good earbuds for the price

The only problem I have is that the ear buds don’t fit right in my ear or wanted to stay there. I just haven’t figured out how to use to the noise reduction, one of the reasons I purchased the ear buds. Overall I recommend the ear buds.
