Trash earbuds.

I really didn't want to spend $250+ on an Apple product and I'm glad I didn't because I'm really impressed by these! The buds are a little larger which are perfect for her to handle. The noise cancellation is great (not as good as Apple but probably second best based on my findings) and the sound is on par with Apple. Plus, the app makes adjusting them really easy. I purchase these on sale for less than $50 vs $249 for the latest Apple Pro 2's. I've been wanting a pair myself & I will getting a set of these! JBL is still one of the greatest!

CANT GET BUY BETTER FOR THE PRICE

Even tho they could compete with some of the higher price point ones. The only knock on this is the battery life before recharge. Its good but not the best i have purchased before. Overall they are great, calls are clean and music its pretty lound.

Poor volume while riding my motorcycle.

The BestBuy employee assured me that they would have the volume to get the job done over the road/wind noise that would be created during the ride. They didn't. Not even close. And, no matter what I did, I couldn't prevent them from falling out of my ears. Thank goodness my helmet had ear recesses that kept them from falling out onto the road. Very dissatisfied with them.

JBL earbuds

The earbuds I purchased absolutely live up to the name. They have excellent range and are a pure joy to listen to. I know JBL would not put their brand name on just any device. These earbuds definitely live up to the heritage.

Touchy little things.. often accidentally hang up on phone when simply adjusting them in ears. Uncomfortable fit and bulky... cant make adjustments while in use. Requires downloading a seperate app to use with smart phone.. not cool!!

Please ensure a clear line of sight between your earbuds and your source device, as obstructions between them can interrupt your connection. Shut down other unused Bluetooth devices nearby and move them away from other sources of wireless signals, such as Wi-Fi signals. You can try to perform a factory reset on your earbuds. To reset it, place both earbuds in the charging case while the case is connected to a power source. Press and hold the right earbud for 5 seconds until the LED will turn off and back on again.
