At first I was able to use 1 at a time but now it’s very difficult for me to hear with just 1 and the person on the other end of the phone has trouble hearing me. The fit is uncomfortable for me as well.

Posted .This isn't the experience we wanted our customers to have with our products. Please check your equalizer settings if there's an audio balance enabled on the application that you're using. If you are experiencing volume or balance issues, always check for debris and dirt in and around the earbud and driver. Clean the earbuds by removing dust and debris after each use, using a pointed toothpick to remove larger amounts and a small amount of rubbing alcohol applied to a cotton swab for final degreasing.
