This is the second pair of these that the base wont hold a charge and the left ear bud stops working. I wear them for mowing the lawn and some weekend warrior projects so modest to little use once a week.

Posted .We're sorry to hear that your replacement JBL Tune 225TWS' charging case won't hold a charge and the left earbud stops working. Please try to fully charge the charging case as well as the earbuds and test if you will still experience the same problem. Inspect the charging port of the unit if there are damages or debris on the charging port of charging case and charging contacts inside the unit which prevents it from charging properly. If the problem persist, please contact us, so we can assist you in checking your warranty.

Very dissatisfied with it. The sound is often on and off and it is hard to keep connected to my Bluetooth enabled Windows PC. Every time I put it on I have to reconnect it to my PC.
