Also, it seems like there's only 3 levels of sound: too low, medium, or too high. 5 hours use isn't enough of a charge. 6 hours would have been better

I went to best buy to brought one, the price is reasonable, it’s look really pretty, the headphone’s quality is really good, I’m happy what I buy

ONLY PROBLEM WAS THAT YOU CANT HEAR THE BASS UNLESS YOU HOLD THEM IN YOUR EARS, ALSO THEY ARE UNCOMFY FOR THE FIRST FEW DAYS OR WEEKS. LASTLY, THEY FALL OUT THE EARS EASILY ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU'RE EATING.

There was no way to adjust the volume on them and the controls weren’t intuitive. There was also no adjustment for the size of the in ear silicone buds. The sound wasn’t too bad. For that prize I would have expected better!

These are VERY snug and have many options for different size ears - not "one size fits all" like the Apple ones. He loves these and I have to remind him to not wear them all the time!

They disconnect sometimes but reconnect right away. They have a pretty good range. I can walk across almost my entire work place and still hear my music.

The battery is very short, about 3.5 hours after fully charged. It hurts my ears because of the hard material. I had to return to buy a different one that I can use all day.

Then the right earbud started not to charge, then started getting quite. Now cant return them, soo maybe i got a bad batch but the left ear bud works fine
