    Gave me sore ears

    Quality is good, do not feel cheap, I found sound quality very good as well. I returned them as they gave me sore ears After about 10 mins of use each time I wore them.

    These headphones were really decent while they worked. Which was about 2 1/2 months. One of them or the other kept unpairing from my iPhone. Then one or the other would nolonger charge. After 2 1/2 months neither one of them work at all. It’s really unfortunate because I believe they are no longer returnable to Best Buy. I considered purchasing the extended replacement program. But I told myself that if I get a year out of the $100 earbuds I’ll be happy. After all they are JBL. I figured they would at least last me 12 months. Guess not. One star because no $100 pair of headphones should only last you two and a half months. Please stop selling these Beat Buy.

    Picked up lots of background noise uncomfortable. These hurt my ears and people could not hear during calls. Music sounds decent but not worth the money and uncomfortable.

    Love these! I have other JBL headphones and a speaker, so I trust the brand. They work great. So far no issues. I am able to answer phone calls straight from the headphones.

    Awesome earbuds. I have one to the competitors brands which is a top brand and these blow it away. The competitor brand constantly disconnects whenever you move your head and these stay connected.

    Good sounding but lost sound in one ear

    Was looking forward to these they aounded good for 3 weeks then the right ear bud stopped working.

    The sound quality is not good for the price. They don’t stay charged- if you charge them all the way, the battery dies whether you use them or not. And when they are charged, with use, they don’t last long. Further, they’re hard plastic. They don’t fit in the ear well and there’s no noise cancellation. I bought them in June 2021, it’s now July 2021.

    look and sound quality is fantastic BUT the bud itself hurt my ears. I had family try it and they had the same problem

    Not loud enough and falls of your ears while working out. For the price this product is not worth it.

    Sound is good. Battery life is horrible. I would not buy again. Better to spend a few more bucks for something better.

    These work very well! My mother in law loved them and they have lasted her a while now. Plastic is a little cheap but other than that they work great.

    Not bad would be better if soundproofed and a better system of turning buds off I would charge they would be dead after 2 hours of charging bc they were on the whole time

    Got it for my dad who was asking for some wireless headphones, this came handy and you can't beat the price, picked it up on time for Christian's gift.

    One is better off purchasing a noise reduction product, it would be worth the money. Sound is decent.

    Good brand, Bad Product

    Poor quality for the price. Compared to the Airpod design, the earpieces are far too large, and it was a poor decision to not be able to adjust the size in some way. Also, they're too stiff and tended to pain my ears after some time. The audio is not so great. Poor in isolating the voice from other noise; tinny and lacking in bass. Overall, I would spend a little more for something way better.

    Sound is ok, but very unconfortable device in your ear, can't wear for long periods of time, I just wear them for virtual meetings

    I love my JBLs old school and not those annoying rubber tips that fits in your ears this are just the plastic tips which fits nicely in my ear

    I really love this Bluetooth, it takes some getting use too. But all in all I really like them, they are totally out of my normal go to but they're growing on me...
