Great sounding... however

I thought they were a good solid gift for my son but very disappointed to know it failed. Expected more from this product. Will be returning it soon. Maybe I just received a bad one, but don’t like that I have to return it when I live 30-45 min away from closest Best But store.

Also, they don't have much bass which is pretty disappointing considering they're JBL. I also have the Razer true wireless & have had them for about a year or 2 and they're still working perfectly fine & with much more bass than these
