Posted .We're sorry to hear about what happened. Please make sure to fully charge the earphones when using them to meet the advertised playtime hours. Regarding the physical fit of the earphones, You could try adjusting the positioning of the earbuds in your ear so to avoid them from falling off easily.

Says I need an app, but when I read the reviews on the app people had tbe same problem that I have. Nice when they worked but wouldn't recommend.

NOW they both don't work. Awful lag and terrible sound. They fall out of your ears while running or even turning your head. Save you money. Only plus is they were easy to hook up to your phone.

Posted .Thank you for taking the time to provide us with your feedback. We are sorry to hear that our JBL Tune 225TWS didn't meet your expectations. For better fitment, you could choose from the three ear tip sizes (S, M, L). Try to reset the earbuds: Place both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for a reset to work.) It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. if you've had this product for not more than 30 days, you can always return it and get a full refund.
