    Didnt last 1 year of use. Left earbud stopped working even though I used the right side more. Disappointed and going back to using sony products. My last pair lasted me 3 years

    My wife didn't like them at all. They don't make a secure connection with the ear opening causing them to fall out easily. They are sitting on my desk and not being used.

    If you have smaller ear canals that you find difficulty fitting earbuds into your ears or they slip out, do NOT purchase these. They actually hurt.

    Just bought these 3 hours ago. Im returning them in the morning. Dont take this rating wrong, JBL makes great products but these kinda suck. They aren't comfortable and they don't cancel out sound.

    I have to do this cause I love all my other jbl devices but these wouldn't stay in my ear so I couldn't keep them there really wasn't any little rubber peace to keep them in

    Kept falling out

    Bought these on sale but not for me. They fell out of my ears and they do not come with rubber pieces to customize the fit. Returned them and got the 300's, those are far superior.

    Volume Issues

    I had issues with the volume being stuck at 100%. I was able to get it to work after resetting them and repairing them over bluetooth. But after putting them back in the charge case the issue came back. I probably just had a bad pair, but my experience was not good When I did have them working I was disappointed in the sound quality. I thought low notes/base was pretty weak and it was a little tinny. I have a pair of anker soundcore earbuds that I paid $30 for. And I feel like these JBL earbuds sound worse

    …and the right earbud quit connecting to the other earbud BOTH TIMES. I did all the troubleshooting I could find. Nothing worked. These are trash.

      Thanks for taking the time in providing your feedback with our JBL Tune 225TWS. This is almost always caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These contacts are vulnerable because they can easily be contaminated by sweat, skin grease, or ear wax. Please try to clean all contact points, on each earbud and on the charging case using cotton, cloth, or makeup swab, cotton swabs, and rubbing alcohol. Repeat until the contact points are visibly clean, and charging should work as designed. This procedure can be performed on all TWS earphones and cases.     Not great quality for the price . It hurts when you have them on longer than 25 minutes . They keep on falling on off your ears.

    If kind of just need some wireless headphones to work or work out in and dont wanna mess up you good ones then these will do the job but i wouldnt recommended them to be primary head phones.

    UNCOMFORTABLE!

    Horribly uncomfortable!!! The oblong part of the ear piece where the speaker is points too high up. I rotate them so that oblong, pointy shape sits more in the natural opening of my ear (my ear canal opening), but this also means they don't fit snug. They fall out super easily. Even if i tilt my head, or turn to quick. My ears ache after wearing them for 8-10 hrs/day. Battery lasts for 3 hours. I alternate only wearing one at a time and charging one to make it through the whole work day.

    Stopped working!! Unable to connect anymore. Falling apart , only had them for 4 monthly and I barely used them.

    Only two months use!!

    It only work fine for two months... In the last few days....the right earbud doesn't work....only get the connection sound but only the left one works.

      There are factors we need to consider as to why charging stops with your JBL Tune 225TWS. This is sometimes caused by dirt on the metal charging contacts. These are usually gold plated, but gold plating does not prevent surface dirt. We recommend cleaning the contact pins with a cotton swab and alcohol to remove any dirt. Make sure the unit is dry before charging. You can also try using a different charging cable to charge the case.     One of the worst products I've ever had the misfortune of purchasing. Bought my first pair middle of January and another singular headphone of this third pair has stopped working/holding or gaining charge/connecting through Bluetooth. Each replacement pair has had a different issue but each time it's only in one of the headphones. 3 separate pairs, less than 3 months. All brand new out of the box. Do not waste your money on this product or the protection plan.

    Got this AirPod after I misplaced my Apple AirPods. Looks great and doesn’t have connection issues like Apple but the sound quality and volume is very poor compared to Apple.

    Very uncomfortable in my ears. Models with silicone inserts feel so much better. Also, the stereo sound seems strange, like its not exactly timed equally. Going to return them.

    This product is basura! They worked fine the first month but then only the left earbud would connect. For some reason, the buds were then separate devices when trying to connect to bluetooth. The phone kept displaying a message stating an app was required to connect the right earbud. The app only provides the manual that gives directions on how to connect the earbuds. They were of no help. I am going to return the earbuds for a refund.

      Thanks for reaching out. Try performing a factory reset by placing both ear pods in the charging box, while the charging box is plugged into a power source. Press and hold the button on the Right pod for about 5 seconds. The LED on the pod will turn off and then turn back on again. This restores factory defaults. (Please note that charging must take place for the reset to work.) It also may be necessary to remove or forget the earbuds from the list of paired Bluetooth devices in order to pair again. If it still doesn't work after that, please take both earbuds in your hands and press the button on both of them three times and check the function again.       Thanks for reaching out. Here are some things to try that often fixes this issue. First, try to restart the Bluetooth connection on your smartphone by switching Bluetooth off and on again with a short pause in between. "Forget" (remove) the previously paired connection on your smartphone in your Bluetooth settings if you had once paired with our product. Try to restart the smartphone by powering it off and on again, and after restarting try to establish a Bluetooth connection to your product. If the above does not work, then try to restart your Headphone by turning it off and on again. Press and hold down the Bluetooth button on your Headphones to initiate pairing mode again. Go into the Bluetooth settings on your Smartphone to start the pairing process.
