    Uncomfortable. Hurt my ears. This going back.

    Uncomfortable as hell. This earbuds make me feel like I am scraping my ears inside with a spoon because this ear buds have no silicon tip. I tried adjust it many times and the instruction manual to make it comfortable at least but my ears said no.

    Not great, do your own research

    Weak sound output. Returned it the next day. Was hoping it would have been good, but was very disappointed by the sound volume output. Ended up with a different set of wireless open ear buds that had better volume output

    These headphones are frustrating. I haven't had them for very long and I've taken good care of them, but the right headphone refuses to charge. I've read the manual and tried troubleshooting and nothing has worked. Buy something else.

Our JBL Tune 225TWS has a maximum of 5 hours at a normal volume and a minimal bass content. While the charging case has an additional 20hrs of music playtime when you charge it from a low-battery state. Please check the charging contacts of the earbuds as well as the charging case if there is dirt or debris that's preventing the unit from charging properly. Try using a different USB Type-C charging cable and wall charger if this can help fix the problem. If the problem persists, our portable products have a 1-year warranty, please contact us and provide us the proof of purchase of the unit, so we can check your options:https://support.jbl.com/us/en/#contact JBL

    Cheap and uncomfortable

    Really uncomfortable in your ears. Also not compatible with a lot of phones and you have to downaload an app to use them. Were not compatible with galaxy s21 ultra. Also feel EXTREMELY cheap would not recommend unfortunately,!

    These earbuds are garbage no wounder they on sale for half off and thank god i had reward certificates and only paid $10 if you like high quality sound and want to enjoy your music stay away from these complete trash!

    I’ve had these since January and they no longer work haven’t used them in about a month charged them last night and they do not work. Will not hold a charge,VERY DISAPPOINTED

    garbage. Had to replace them and the replacement ones stopped working now as well. Get more expensive ones, if you cheap out and buy these, plan on returning them about once a month.

    Waste of money

    Gave it as a gift for Christmas. Sent it out of state. It did not last long. About 1 month of usage, left ear buds did not work then 2 weeks after, the other one did not work too. Wasted my money on this.

    Sound was ok but no rubber or anything to make comfortable to wear. Couldn't even keep it in one ear for 5 minute. Had to return it.

    Purchased for my son for Christmas worked amazing within a week the right ear bud would not connect… after research it’s a known issue. Returned and went with something else

    Won’t recharge

    Terrible headphones due to one simple fact. They simply don’t get recharged. It’s almost impossible to get them to a full charge or even charged at all.

    The product is not working properly. Even after a full charge it's just working for an hour. It also frequently dis connect with my Iphone. Sometimes the voice quality also degrades.

    These are hard as a rock. They make your ears hurt after a while. Also you can hear EVERY noise around you. I returned them for Jabra elite 75t.

    Sound was not that great, the part for your ear hurt, i did get used to it after a while... right side piece stopped working, had to return them...

    My pair had audio that was louder in the right ear compared to the left and I could still pick up back up noise and very poor in audio quality
