    Poor connectivity, broken after a couple weeks

    Left ear pod completely stopped working after 2 weeks use. Poor connectivity, it cut out on me at least 4 times during every time. I usually love JBL but these were cheap and I’m extremely disappointed.

    BUYER BEWARE- THESE ARE GARBAGE!

    DO NOT BUY. These things friggin suck!! I bought them and regret it. They straight up do not work. They worked fine for 3 hours. Now the left headphone has ceased functioning completely and turns off as soon as it is turned on. The right headphone also wont charge. I've had these things charging all day and only the right headphone works and now even that doesn't work. These things suck. They really suck. Don't buy. I'm going back to wired headphones. I'm so sick of giving bestbuy money for non functioning wireless headphones. Not to mention these things hurt your ears and dont fit well. Poor design all around.

    hurts the ear and doesnt fit well. Want a name brand but these are worst then the cheap ones

    The individual ear buds are extremely difficult to remove from the charging case.

    Get the jlabs go air pop instead

    I don't get who paid $100 for these. I just paid 49.99 and tested them in the parking lot and am going back to return. I purchased them just in case I didn't like the jlabs that are on sale for 12.99 but the jlabs blow these out of the water.

    Product deserves a 0 star Products is made with cheap quality material, Battery doesn't even hold for more than 2 hours, Very difficult to connect, The sound is awful Sincerely very disappointed,

      Our JBL Tune 225TWS should have up to 4 hours of playtime. The earbuds could be recharged using the included charging case which allows you to re-charge the unit 4-5 times. This unit is compatible to be connected with devices that have Bluetooth, it will automatically go into pairing mode when removed from the case.     Bought this item in August 2021 its December and the right ear bud went out. The sound quality isn't that good. I guess you get what you pay for.
