After that, they stopped disconnecting while in the the case and would continue to play. The battery life is maybe 20 minutes at best and does not hold a charge even if the case has been plugged in. JBL recommends cleaning the product when this happens, but that doesn’t seem to work. One ear bud tends to work better than the other at all times and it’s never the same one, so sometimes the right ear bud shuts off after 20 minutes, sometimes the left. This review is written after a month and a half of ownership. All in all this was a complete waste of money and I would not recommend.

Actually they wouldn't connect to any phone in my household. I even tried all the troubleshooting techniques on the company website and nothing worked. Returning asap! Would not recommend at all!

Really disappointed because these were one of the few wireless headphones that fit the way I wanted and had good reviews. Had to return them.

The headphones no longer turn off when returned to the charging case. Seems the rubber on the ear piece is lifting making them useless for the gym. I can see they are slowly dying and replacement is inevitable.

Posted .Our JBL Tune 225TWS automatically turns off and charges when placed on the case. Please try repositioning the ear tips on the buds to have a secure fit on the case.
