The sound from the earpiece is great when compared to other products within the similar price range. ANC is at par and is good overall

this is a great product to use on an every day commute, while working with loud machinery, and for working out. the only problem i have seen is it had a few connection problems with the Bluetooth but i'm sure it was because i connected hem with my phone then my computer.

I have never had a pair. I own an IPhone. I did just want to pay the high cost for the Apple earbuds. I bought these. They are FANTASTIC!!

The quality is good. Unfortunately I had to switch to Sony after replacing them twice due to one of them stopped working .

To whom it may concern, These headphones were the worst purchase i made in years. I was very excited to try a product from such a trust worthy brand like JBL and happy to be supporting local best buys. However, These headphones never seems to to live up to the jbl name. Ever since I got them only one headphone would charge / work at a time never giving me the full effect of the noise canceling feature!? How am I suppose carry on with every day tasks with a faulty product like this one?! Not only did the product not work to its full potential but also delivered poor quality of sound including what sounded like a dog whistle in my ear!?, I never damaged this product and they are still in great condition, however the problem still seems to persist. Given that I purchased these items through a third party like best buy which I thought would be a trusted party to go through. Maybe you should have given me an option to secure myself some sort of warranty. I see on the website now that these headphones are on clearance, maybe its because many customers have this problems and I think you guys should send me some fresh headphones.

I bought this pair of ear buds for my son. They are excellent quality and a nice and inexpensive alternative to the Apple air buds. I may get a pair for myself, assuming they will pair well with my devices.

I’ve only had it for two weeks, but it is awesome! It was easy to set up, easy to differentiate the rooms and cleans like a normal vacuum. We have a dog that sheds a lot and you should see the hair that gets put in the bin, I love this thing, and I highly recommend it.

Great product for the price, i was having doubts but compared with apple products and price ill stick to jbl.
