    The left earbud stopped charging after 8 months. They worked great up till that point. Sadly I had to take them back and thankfully Best Buy credited me with the full refund thanks to warranty.

    These are not bad at all for the money. I dont love them like i did my TOZO, but the price was right and theyre a good brand. Slowly growing on me. Not use to having the ends hanging out of my ears, lol

    These were an excellent buy. The only thing that i wish is they were a little more lower profile to the ear. Other than that they are a great buy.

    I purchased these to replace an older pair of JBL earbuds. She absolutely loves them and uses them almost every day.

    I thought these would be great because of the JBL name. They are pretty decent at noise canceling but it ends there. The left and right ear buds sometimes get out of sync and it sounds like you’re in a tunnel. The only way to fix it is the disconnect and reconnect them to Bluetooth. They frequently go in and out too. If i had the box i would return these. I will likely not buy this brand again. Please do not purchase these. I paired them with my iphone 13 pro.

Please ensure you're away from any other sources of wireless signals to avoid interferences from your connection or try connecting your earbuds to a different device if the same issue happens. If both earbuds aren't syncing, please try to forget/unpair the JBL Tune 230NC TWS on your device to refresh its Bluetooth connection. You can also try to factory reset the earbuds. To do it, double tap the button of an earbud and hold it for 5 seconds, then put the earbuds back in the case to complete the reset. If the same issue remains, please contact our customer support for further assistance. JBL

    These earbuds do not allow muting/stopping programs that you sre listening to. I interact with alot of people at work and that option would be great instead of have to reach for my phone to mute.

    The sound quality provided by these earbuds is excellent, enhanced by the equalizer function accessible through the app. However, these buds have a maddening habit of lapsing into “mono” mode, where one bud goes silent. One would think this could be handled through the aforementioned app, but no. It requires a hard reset to get sound out of both buds again. Why this “mono” function exists, I have no idea but it is a serious flaw in an otherwise excellent product.

    Purchased these about 5 months ago and have used very little. They sounded great but one ear bud has lost most all volume. For the price you should get much more use from these. I have used them for maybe 20 hrs max total and they are already broken. I would not at all recommend these. If they would work i would of given 5 stars for the price. Very disappointed.

    It may be me but the case charges up but sometimes doesn’t charge the earbuds…but I’ve only had them for a few weeks now so who knows

      Thanks for sharing your experience with our JBL Tune 230NC TWS. Please try to observe the issue by ensuring the earbuds are securely seated in the charging case. It is best to leave them for charging inside the case for about 1-2 hours and see if the battery increases significantly through the JBL Headphones App. It is also helpful to clean the charging contact of the earbuds, as foreign matters can likely cause this issue. You can use a swab dipped in rubbing alcohol to clean the charging terminals on the earbuds and charging case, then use a cotton cloth to remove any residue.
