QC should be better. purchased samsung earbuds as replacement. they work fine and have had no problems.

Noise cancellation

Owned for 2 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.It’s was a good sound but I felt like since I have been working in trade it didn’t block out enough noise and was bummed out the the noise cancellation didn’t work while having one in ear and the buttons didn’t work as far as playing music and answering call at the same time with out switching in the app

Posted .Thanks for your feedback. Please know that you may still hear background noise especially when using our JBL Tune 235NC TWS in Mono mode. For best sound quality, we recommend using both earbuds. A single tap on the left earbud enables Active Noise Cancelling (ANC), switches to Ambient Aware, or disables these features. Also, gesture controls will transfer to the earbud in use when in Mono Mode. You can customize these commands through the JBL Headphones App. For further assistance, feel free to contact us.

But nine months later, they don't hold a charge. Barely an hour if I wait it out, but after only 10 or 15 minutes they start playing the battery low sound. One ear just shut down and cut me off, not even 30 minutes into an important Zoom call. I've seen online that I'm far from the only one with this issue.

This is my second pair (I already had to send the first pair in for repair since one of the earbuds stopped working), and just a month later of owning the new ones, have issues. One earbud doesn’t charge even when plugged in and secured, random disconnects, and HORRIBLE wind interference if you run or bike while using these AVOID

Decent sound, no longevity

After one year, i started having charging issues, and now after 18 months the right bud will not hold a charge and neither will the case. Spend your money on something else.
