To get the best sound from your JBL Tune 235NC TWS, ensure a tight seal by angling the ear tip downward, twisting the earbud to fit securely, and maintaining that seal. If volume is still imbalanced, clean the contact pins with alcohol and a cotton swab, then dry them. Also, please check if the balance control of your source device's sound settings is set to default (centered). We also recommend connecting your headphones to our JBL Headphones App where you can access and customize the gesture controls of the earbuds. If you need more help, please contact us.

We appreciate you taking the time to leave a review. Our JBL Tune 230NC TWS will remain connected to your source device until the charging case is closed. If the earbuds no longer disconnect even if the charging case is closed, please ensure that it's fully closed and wait a few seconds until the earbuds disconnect to your source device. You can also check if there's any damage on the hinge or the lid of the charging case, which can also be a factor in why the earbuds won't disconnect. Thanks for your inquiry. To activate the noise-canceling feature of our JBL Tune 235NC, tap your left earbud once. You can toggle between on, off, or ambient modes. With ambient mode, you can still hear some external sounds if you need to be aware of your surrounding. You can also adjust the ANC mode using the JBL Headphones App. For optimal noise reduction during phones calls, make sure the eartips fit securely in your ears. To achieve the best seal and a secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. You can also try different sizes of ear tips that came with the headphones to see if a better fit. To fix the connection issue, try to forget/unpair the earbuds on your device, and initiate a reset. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times, and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds.
