They started cutting in out as I was listening to music. I would recommend for a quick fix but not long term headphones.

The sound quality is very good (I am not an audiophile, so take that into account) and the app adds additional functionality to make the sound even better.

Won’t charge after 4 months, do not recommend

As of the last few days, they will not even charge in the case anymore. The case is not dirty on the inside, and the earbuds have very little use on them since they’ve been so hard to connect. Not satisfied with the product since they’ve broken under light use in a matter of 4 months since purchasing. The sound quality is good when it wants to connect, which is basically never. Would not recommend.

The right side earpod works just fine. I've now ordered the BEATS Studio earbuds and hope to have better luck with those.

Posted .Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Feel free to choose your preferred size of eartips that can fit in your ear as they are exchangeable. Also, to achieve the best seal and secure fit, you must create a tight seal within your ear canal. To do this, angle the ear tip slightly downward to make it easier to insert into your ear canal, gently twist the earbud to fit it securely into the shape of your ear, and continue twisting the earbud into your ear canal. For further assistance, please contact our customer support.

I switched from skull candy due to those only lasting me 3-4 months before the sound would start going out slowly, even with their crusher wireless which are expensive and lasted till the warranty period ended. These have now made it a lil over 2 months and still sound amazing. Im hoping they last awhile if not this review will change to reflect that.
