    I purchased these earbuds and it has great sound. However, i also used them for to talk on the phone. These buds did not cancel out any noise. The main reason i purchased it was for the noise canceling. So i returned it.

    I love the headphone because they are small and fit in my ear, but i should've spend a little more to block out the noise. The earbuds pick up a lot of the after noise, but they are conducive to my ever day train ride.

    Great item at first but the left headphone has a tendency to not charge and stay connected via Bluetooth

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you're experiencing Bluetooth connection we recommend to reset it to factory default setting. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    I bought these headphones in May 2025 they have had some connection issues an now the right one doesn’t recharge at all

    Well it doesn't hold a charged for longer than 4 hours. And sometimes when i take it out of the case I can hear a person but they can't hear me the speaker part doesn't work I think I only had this for about a month. I'm a little disappointed
