    Great item at first but the left headphone has a tendency to not charge and stay connected via Bluetooth

      Thanks for your feedback. We're always looking for ways to improve. With our JBL Tune 235NC TWS, we recommend cleaning the contact pins on the case and earbuds using a cotton swab with alcohol. These pins are sensitive to dust. Please ensure the pins are dried before placing them back on the case. If you're experiencing Bluetooth connection we recommend to reset it to factory default setting. With both earbuds on, and not charging, tap two times and hold the button on the third tap for more than 5 seconds. You may need to 'forget' the headphones in Bluetooth settings on your phone/tablet in order to pair it again. If you need more help, please contact our customer support. JBL

    It works well for listening to music but do not attempt to use for calls. When using for phone calls, you can not hear the person (the one wearing them) because if there is any slight wind or any noise in the background, it'll be impossible to hear and understand. It got annoying so returned for another brand.
